Level 2

If you're 18 years old or under and a school leaver who's considering a retail career, our level 2 Apprenticeship could be just what you're looking for. It offers valuable on-the-job training that will form the foundation for a career within our highly successful business. And after you've completed your programme, you'll be given a permanent role here at John Lewis – plus the opportunity to make further progress by developing your skills and knowledge.

Level 3

If you're under 20 and set to achieve A to C grade A-levels, our level 3 Apprenticeship can help you make the most of your potential. You'll get support and expert guidance from the best in the business. And after you've completed your programme, you'll be given a permanent role here at John Lewis. From there, you'll have the chance to become a section manager – if you show you have the talent and drive.
