Bank of America Merrill Lynch is launching an innovative School Leavers Programme in 2013.

What you can expect:
When joining the School Leavers Programme you can expect to join the fast paced environment of Operations and Middle Office which is based in our Chester office.
You'll develop in-depth business knowledge, on-the-job experience and coaching from experienced colleagues.

Your development:
After one year of on-the-job learning you may be eligible for sponsorship towards a professional qualification or Open University degree. These can take from four to six years to complete, so a long term commitment will be required which will be matched by the bank's commitment to you.
