The Nestlé Academy Fast Start programme combines study for a BA (Hons) degree in Professional Business Practice with work-based learning in our commercial functions.

The intensive three year programme will involve placements in Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain and HR for your first two years, interspersed with blocks of study at Sheffield Hallam University. In your final year you will specialise into a specific function based on your strengths, preferences and business requirements. The scheme is aimed at creating well rounded professionals with cross-functional exposure from an early stage, developing strong business acumen. 

Nestlé will pay your course fees, as well as all your costs for accommodation, meals and travel while you’re studying in Sheffield. Not to mention great support and a variety of benefits including a £16k salary per annum. 

Requirements

• You must to be in Year 13 in order to apply and be 18 or over at the time of the start date (1st September 2013).
• You must be predicted 300 UCAS points from three A-Levels or equivalent (minimum BBB) excluding General Studies or A2 re-sits.
• You must have 5 GCSEs including Maths and English, of minimum grade A* to C. 
• Work experience, although preferable, is not essential.
