Non-Residential Summer School for Year 12 students- STEM Pathways - Imperial College

To: Thursday 8 August, 2013 This summer school will provide insight into the many pathways to which studying the STEM subjects can lead. Students choose to follow either a Biology & Chemistry strand or a Physics & Engineering strand over 4 days.
Each strand consists of academic led taster sessions covering a range of subjects, including the opportunity for laboratory based investigations, project work, design and build challenges and personal effectiveness workshops.
The final day will provide students with the chance to speak to peers, academics and mentors about future choices.
This course is fully funded by Imperial College London's G&T Access Funding.
