Knowledge and skills required
  • In order to be considered for our Apprenticeship Programme you will need 5 GCSEs at A-C grades including English and Maths and a minimum of 280 UCAS points from A-Levels, or equivalent qualifications, not including General Studies
  • We're looking for people with excellent verbal and written communication skills who understand the value of customer service
  • You'll need to be able to demonstrate your team work and planning and organisational skills
  • You will also need to have a basic understanding of the insurance world along with a hunger to learn and take responsibility at an early stage of your career.
